- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Baltimore City: Maryland Delineated Area: North: Route 43 South: Route 150 East:�Earls Road to Ebenezer Road to Bird River Road West: I-695 to Route 1 to Route 43 See Attached Map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,465 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,538 Space TypeOffice Surface Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved):N/A Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: Subleases will not be considered. A modern, quality office building of sound and substantial construction. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow. The Government will have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Space shall be contiguous on one floor. One surface parking spot shall be able to accommodate the following measurements: 9 feet wide x 10 feet tall x 43 feet long.
