MARKET RESEARCH / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS Product Supply Code (PSC) � J099 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment) The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center in Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing the replacement of the existing seat cushions in the base chapel to include pews, kneeling boards and chairs. The Corry Station Chapel is located in Pensacola, FL 32511-5138. The Period of Performance is sixty days upon award. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811420, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. NOTE: Interested vendors must be capable of providing requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). SOW - The contractor shall replace the existing upholstery in the base chapel sanctuary on 279 seat cushions, 103 kneeling boards, and 12 chair seat cushions. The upholstery fabric will be converted to a blue color and must be of a high quality durability and stain resistant fabric. Fabric is to be approved by the chapel leadership prior to commencement. Specific measurements are to be taken by the contractor and the contractor is to provide an additional 20 yards of fabric for future repairs. In an effort to reduce the interference to the base chapel, the re-upholstery will be removed from the chapel by Corry Staff. The contractor will pick up the cushions and re-upholster at location to be determined by contractor. The contractor will accomplish this re-upholstery in no more than four segments. Monday morning prior to 0900 the cushions will be removed by Corry staff and prepared for transport. The contractor will pick up the cushions not later than 1000 and transport to their location for re-upholstery. The contractor will be required to sign an inventory sheet for the custody of the cushions prior to departure. The cushions will be complete and returned to the base chapel (building 3757) no later than 1200 on Friday. Cushions shall be tightly stapled and present a neat and uniform appearance. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 12:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday 24 February 2020. The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside, or whether Full and Open Competition procedures will be utilized. Submissions are Not-To Exceed (NTE) 15 Standard typewritten pages. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted within the response.
