Description

This is a notice of award by The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, MS (AFRG), it is establishing this fixed-price contract for Facility Maintenance Services as a 6-month, Bridge Contract on an urgent and compelling basis.� The award was�issued to CMI Managment, Inc.�on 1/21/2020.� Line 1 is a FFP line item for $527,597.22, Line 2 is an IDIQ line item, NTE $65,000.00. Due to the recent award to CMI Management being protested, this bridge award was put in place so services ccould continue while the re-evaluation of the protested award is completed. Based on an urgent and compelling justification, and life-threatening issues if services are stopped, these services cannot lapse.
