- This is a Sources Sought notice and request for information only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of vendors who can support the requirement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
