- DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought Notice, seeking responses to determine interested parties for participation in this acquisition. There is no RFQ available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Office (VARO) Jackson, MS. 39216, is conducting market research to determine the existence of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business companies that can perform the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to replace an existing Physical Access Control System (PACS), and CCTV System. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Jackson VA Regional Office, 1600 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave., Jackson, MS 39216. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be responsible for providing all tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to replace the existing Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) with a new up to date PACS to include but not limited to, iSTAR control panels, CCURE 9000 v2.7x, model series P, Avigilon Control Center, cameras (up to 100), electronic door locking systems, electronic PIV recognition devices (wall mounts outside office space and gate arms at parking entrance(s), and PIV badge production required at the Jackson VARO. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, administrative support, materials, tools, parts, supplies, equipment, software, hardware and transportation necessary to effectively and efficiently fulfill all the requirements. This is a Sources Sought Announcement: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. It is published for information and planning purposes only and not a request for competitive quotations, therefore, no solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The purpose of this Source Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, their size classification relative to the NAICS Code. Responses to this Source Sought will be used by the government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to the contracting officer Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract. Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. All questions/comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing via email. To be considered in this research, please provide the information above not later than 12:00 PM CST on February 26, 2020.
