- SOURCES SOUGHT INFORMATION FORM Illinois National Guard Cyber Training Range Notice ID: ILUSPFOFY20CR001 � NAICS Code: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services By responding to the Sources Sought Notice, I confirm that my firm is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/ with the socio?economic status identified above and the NAICS code specified in the sources sought notice; or that my firm qualifies and registration under the applicable NAICS code is in process. Interested companies should provide a narrative that describes your capabilities, knowledge and experience with cyber range event planning, execution, and associated operations support of this magnitude. Specifically the following: Scope of past and present (within the last 3 years) relevant experience on similar contracts, identify specific areas of relevant experience.� Include dollar value of contract, whether performed as a prime or subcontractor, complexity and point of contact. Knowledge and experience in effectively translating customer event objectives and requirements into actionable and customer-tailored cybersecurity event environments. Demonstrate your ability and experience in operating, managing and maintaining specialized virtualized environments, communications, networking and computing infrastructures and services to include all aspects of engineering and configuration management and quality control issues, risks and mitigation plans. Provide a listing of designations and/or certifications supporting experience and qualifications as related to cyber security training. All Capability Statements sent in response to this SSN must be submitted electronically (via e-mail) to the Contracts Specialist shown below. Response shall include documentation of technical expertise and capability in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.� It is imperative that business concerns responding to this Sources Sought Notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
