Description
1. The Uniited States Coast Guard is solicitating a request for information from sources able to provide suitable facilities in support of a��construction project at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Florida. The government�will be executing a project to demolish and rebuild all facilities and waterfront infrastructure at U.S.Coast Guard Station�Fort Myers.�The government is soliciting requests for information�to support�this project by providing suitable facilities to accomoadte personnel and governement�vessels and vehicles. 2. The government has a�requirement for one year federal lease with a 4 year option. A need�exsists to identify office space and moorings to support the�U.S. Coast Guard Station Ft. Myers and U.S. Coast Guard Cutter DIAMONDBACK; personnel and assets during an upcoming construction project. All�government functions and moorings will need to be temporarily located to�the provided leased space. The construction project is anticipated to be awarded 1st quarter of FY21. The contract completion is expected to occur in the 2nd quarter of FY23. 3. The leased office space must provide adequate facilities for 43 active duty members, moorings for (2) 29� RB-S, (2) 45� RB-M and the CGC DIAMONDBACK as well as parking for 3 large government trucks and 3 boat trailers and on duty personnel for a 24/7 operations requirement to continue to allow the governement to maintin a Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement and Boating Safety federal mandate. The USCGC DIAMONDBACK mooring space and draft navigational requirements are�Length: LOA:�87�ft (27�m), Beam: 19�ft 5�in (5.92�m), Draft: 5�ft 7�in (1.70�m). Provide fuel�and shore tie capabilities for small boat and cutter mooring/berthing configuration. Provide information on the current or future security capabilities of government personnel, dignitaries, visitors,� vessels and equipment.
