This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z039120RFQLD621 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The U. S. Coast Guard Leadership Development Center requires 14,000 each, Everything DiSC credits and 1440 each, DiSC Classic Profile Paper Version by Inscape Publishing/Wiley, for Leadership Operational Performance department (such as SELC, SLPS, CPOA & MOCTC) administering DiSC assessments, a leadership tool for professional development, career development, personal coaching, communication, customer service, conflict management, and team building. Quantity: 14,000 EA | Item: Everything DiSC Online Profile Credits Quantity: 1440 EA | Item: DiSC Classic Profile Paper Version by Inscape Publishing/Wiley. The original 28-question assessment with 20-page blue booklet containing the test, scoring mechanism, and interpretation of results.
