Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to procure Identity Dominance System-Marine Corps Increment 2 (IDS-MC Inc 2) systems on a sole source basis under a Full Rate Production (FRP) and support service Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with InCadence Strategic Solutions, Inc., 10432 Balls Ford Road #120, Manassas, VA 20109. �This IDIQ contract will allow for procurement of IDS-MC Inc 2 systems in order to field the systems to Law Enforcement Battalions, Intelligence Battalions, Marine Special Operations Battalions, and Reconnaissance Battalions.� Additionally, this IDIQ contract will allow for procurement of certain incidental support efforts associated with FRP and software maintenance such as ancillary software development services and basic software maintenance services, and sparing to keep pace with technical advances and cybersecurity vulnerability abatement.� This requirement will be awarded in accordance with the authority of 10 USC � 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. � A redacted Justification and Approval for use of other than full and open competition will be posted on the FBO website no later than 14 days after contract award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, InCadence Strategic Solutions. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. However, responsible and interested parties may submit a capabilities statement identifying their interest. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
