- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to clean four (4) waterborne restrooms, fourteen (14) lean-to shelters, three (3) dishwashing stations, one hundred thirty (130) picnic tables, one hundred eleven (111) fireplace rings, six (6) fireplace grills, one (1) picnic shelter and one (1) gazebo at the Winhall Brook Camping Area and Ball Mountain Lake Recreation Area. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
