- Description
- Pre-solicitation/Synopsis (Modification to 36C77020R0001) [CHANGES] H. SF 330 Submittal Package Instructions: SF 330 submittal packages, including Past Performance Questionnaires, shall be submitted no later than 4 PM Central time on Friday, March 13, 2020. [ANSWERS TO VENDORS QUESTIONS} 1. You have requested a minimum of 3 PPQs. We are assuming that we should therefore only submit 3 projects in Section F. Please confirm. Answer: For Section F, any number of projects can be submitted as examples deemed relevant by the Firm. The limitations are projects within the past five years and the overall page count. 2. We noticed it is stated on page 9 of 11 of the Pre-solicitation notice (paragraph H. 8.) that pages must have at least one-inch margins on all sides . The form SF330 as provided by the government does not have one-inch margins; they appear to be half inch or smaller (see attached). Given this difference, can the requirement for one-inch margins be waived? Answer: pages must have at least one-inch margins on all sides . This requirement applies to other documents (e.g. resume MS Word Document) offeror provides and does not apply to VA required Government forms. 3. Would CPARS ratings work in lieu of PPQs if needed? Answer: Negative, CPARs will be obtained and evaluated by the source selection team. 4. Do Part IIs count towards the total page count (60 pg. total)? Answer: If you are referring to Part II of the SF330 package, the answer is yes. Point of contact for this acquisition remains Ralph Crum; email: Ralph.Crum@VA.GOV; ph.: 913-684-0138
