- **NOTE A CORRECTION TO THE SOLICITATION NUMBER - THE CORRECT SOLICITATION NUMBER IS SPRMM119RWC57 NOT SPRMM119RWD57.� THE CLOSING DATE FOR POSTING OF THIS SYNOPSIS REMAINS AT 24 FEB 2020. This pre-soliciation notice is being issued to�advise�that DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg intends to solicit for a firm fixed price 5 year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the following item: NSN: TBD MEGOHMETER IAW PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT:� 4449/1449 (ATTACHED) ESTIMATED YEARLY QUANTITY: 20 EACH AMC CODE 2G The requirement will be solicited as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The government's intent is to issue a firm fixed price long term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a period of 3 base years and 2 one yer option periods.� Once the solicitation is released, all interested parties will be required to submit a technical proposal demonstrating how your item meets each part of the specification (PURCHASE DESCRIPTION 4449/1449, attached) and those that are approved by Naval Research Laboratories (NRL) will then be required to submit bid samples for testing by NRL as well.� Pricing will then be requested from each source that receives approval of both their technical proposals and bid samples.
