Description

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 28 January 2020 @ 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time; in order to ensure a timely response is provided but the solicitation closing date. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.SAM.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3002 will be posted on or around 16�January 2020 and is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Catholic Priest Service at Chapel 10� Bldg. 1759 South F. Street Fort McCoy, WI 54656-5142? in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The performance period is 1 March 2020 (or subsequent date) to 28 February 2021 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. This procurement is Set-Aside as 100% Small Business under NAICS Code 813110 with a size standard of $8,000,000. 1-17-20� Solicitation Attachments 1-5�were reloaded.� Original attachments 1-5��were unopenable due to data processing error.� No changes were made to the attachments or the solicitation.� 2-10-20 Solicitation Amendment one (1) -�The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions.� Questions and Answers are contained are contained within the amended solicitation.� A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirement at the time of quote.�
