This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a limited competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item: NOMENCLATURE: DIFFUSER, AIRCRAFT, GAS TURBINE =========================== OUTPUT NSN: OUTPUT P/N: INPUT NSN : INPUT P/N: 2840-01-459-3968 � 2-110-180-05 2840-01-459-3968/ 4310-01-219-4689 2-110-180-05��������� 1-110-070-31 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: Minimum 30 � Maximum 150 each (Maximum of 150 each includes quantity of 125 US and a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Quantity of 25 each) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The Diffuser, Aircraft, Gas Turbine is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). No Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement. Currently the only known approved sources for the repair of the Drive Shaft Assembly is the Honeywell International Inc, (CAGE 99193). The other approved source listed in the Arise database is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE Code 99193). Interested parties who have capability to perform the above effort should respond to this notice and identify your business size and socio economic status as applicable. Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate�s Shopping List procedures. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This announcement does not constitute a RFP. A synopsis will be issued at a later date for this requirement.
