Ft. 210,000 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 172,435 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 182,057 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: To be stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In order to maximize the flexibility and competition in acquiring space for the Government, GSA may issue a single, multiple-award solicitation that will allow offerors to provide blocks of space able to meet requirements in whole or in part. All offers must provide space consistent with the delineated area defined by the prospectus.
