U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Robbinsville City:�� �NJ Delineated Area: (See Attached Map)�� �Beginning at the intersection of Old Trenton Road and Windsor Edinburg Road, travel southeast to Perrinville Road. �On Perrinville Road, travel east to Windsor Perrinville Road. �AT Windsor Perrinville Road, travel east to Old York Road. AT Old York Road, travel south/southeast continuing on South Main Street to County Route 524 (CR-524). At CR-524, travel west to Route 130. At Route 130 travel south for 0.1 miles to South Broad Street. At South Broad Street, travel northwest to Yardville Hamilton Square Road. At Yardville Hamilton Square Road, travel northeast to Nottingham Way. At Nottingham Way travel east to Robbinsville Edinburg Road. �AT Robbinsville Edinburg Road travel north/northeast to Edinburg Road ending at the intersection of Old Trenton Road. At Old Trenton Road, continue northeast to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �8,086 ABOA + 1000 SF ware yard Maximum Sq. Ft.
