- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JC-20-Q-5703 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2020-03-02 15:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be , null null The National Guard - Kansas requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Lodging Rooms for Saturday, April 4th (Please see the PWS for complete details of each of the requirements) To be conducted in Pittsburg Kansas area., 75, EA; LI 002: Meeting Room /ballroom to hold approximately 300 attendees set up classroom style for Sunday, April 5th., 1, EA; LI 003: Breakout rooms to accommodate 3 simultaneous breakout sessions with classroom style seating for 75- 100 attendees each. These will be used on Sunday, April 5, 2020., 1, EA; LI 004: Resource Fair space to accommodate approximately 25 vendors with a display table for each vendor ( see PWS for requirements for this area) for Sunday April 5, 2020., 1, EA; LI 005: Event registration space to accommodate the registration of attendees on Sunday morning April 5, 2020, 1, EA; LI 006: Rooms to use for childcare for 3 separate age groups (for approximately 40 children split into the 3 rooms) for Sunday April 5, 2020., 3, EA; LI 007: Rooms to use for one on one private counseling sessions for Sunday April 5, 2020., 2, EA; LI 008: Command Room to accommodate the Yellow Ribbon Event Staff of approximately 10 people to allow use of computers, scanners, and printers (See PWS for details required) to be used on Saturday, April 4, 202 and Sunday April 5, 2020., 1, EA; LI 009: Meals and meal services for attendees and staff ( approximately 350 people) to include breakfast and lunch on Sunday, April 5, 2020 and Refreshments ( water, coffee, and juice) on Sunday April 5, 2020 for the 350 attendees, 700, EA; LI 010: Audio Visual equipment & set up - see PWS for specific details/requirements., 1, EA; LI 011: Room to Accommodate 2-4 personnel for ID equipment to be used Saturday April 4, 2020( set up only) and Sunday April 5, 2020. See PWS for specific requirements for this room, 1, EA; LI 012: any other fees or costs that will be billed separately- to be specified with submittal or quote., 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Kansas intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Kansas is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Offerers that are not currently registered to use www.UnisonMarketplace.com should proceed to www.UnisonMarketplace.com to complete their free registration. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
