Description: 11 February 2020: As of today, USTRANSCOM has posted RFQ HTC711-20-Q-R007 Amendment One. The submission due date is extended to 13 February 2020 at 0800 CT. SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) and management services for the Ports of Tallinn, Muuga Harbour, and Paldiski, Estonia in connection with the receipt, disposition, processing, and loading/discharging of cargo via all conveyances as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR).�� SDDC requires sufficient qualified labor, gear, equipment, and materials to satisfy the scope of this contract in accordance with (IAW) the PWS.�
