- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S7K-20-P-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02, effective Dec 23, 2019 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Change Notice 20200114 dated 14 January 2020. It is the contractors' responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being issued as total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 722310 with a size standard of $41.5M. The Combat Readiness Training Center-Contracting Office, Gulfport, MS intends to issue a contract/purchaseorder for Cooking and KP Services during the Patriot South 2020 exercise dates 26 February through 7 March 2020. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and quality control necessary to perform Cooking and KP Services for CRTC Gulfport, MS. CLIN 0001 � Cooking and KP services0 POP: 26 February 2020 � 7 March 2020 SEE ATTACHED PWS The contractor shall, except as specified in this Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform food service attendant services at various locations as defined in this PBSOW. The Government will provide the food and the menu for entire duration of this contract. The contractor shall perform the requirements in the attached PWS and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract, and shall follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified in the PWS.� Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:� preparing and serving meals for the dates 26 February- 7 March 2020 and cleaning facilities, equipment, furniture and utensils in dining areas, handling equipment and maintaining quality control.� The estimated essential services are listed in Technical Exhibit 2, Workload Estimates.� The contractor shall submit reports and documentation as identified throughout this SOW.� Please annotate if will charge for Contractor Manpower Reporting. Contractor Manpower Reporting- The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Gulfport CRTC- BAC via a secure data collection site. The contractor shall completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address: http://www.ecmra.mil/. Reporting inputs shall be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year, beginning with 2013.
