Description

USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has a requirement for Vault Toilet Pumping and Cleaning Services for Black Mesa and Lakeside Ranger Districts, Coconino and Navajo Counties, Arizona 85933 and 85929. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 562211 ($41.5 Million and below).� Award will be based on Best Value.� The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for a base-year (with option periods). The Request For Quotations (RFQ) �will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after two days from this announcement.� Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.� No organized site visit has been scheduled.� Site visits may be requested by following the procedure in the solicitation. �Questions may be sent to Contracting Officer until February 19, 2020, 4:00 p.m. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in electronic format only to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met): warren.abbott@usda.gov, on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation.� See Box 9 on the SF1449 for delivery using a street address. Deadline for submission of offers shall be February 28, 2020, 4:00 p.m. local time (Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).�
