Description

Amendment 002 is to update the trash removal on the Task and frequency, update the Price Schedule, and extend the closing date to the 12th of February, 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. � Amendment 001 is to change Option 3 Period of Performance (POP) date from 28-Feb- 2024 to 29-Feb-2024.� The Solicitation closing date is also being updated to 10-Feb-2020 on SAM Beta, and the questions due date is being changed to 06-Feb-2020.� � Site visit: A site visit will be held 04 February at 10:00 AM. (Local time). MO074, 3900 East 155th Street, Kansas City, MO 64147.� � Written questions must be furnished to the Government than 07 February 2020 at 10:00 am CST in order to ensure a timely response is provided by the solicitation dosing date. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. �Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Solicitation is for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial services to occur at MO074 in Nebraska (refer to the Performance Work Statement for details on location); in accordance with the performance work statement, task and frequency charts, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is 1 March 2020 through 28 February 2021 with four one-year options and one six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business under the NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $19.5 Million.
