Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-ALC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Dematic Corp. of Grand Rapids, Michigan, under the authority of Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The requirement is for one (1) year of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) Maintenance Support onsite at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. The requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, interested parties may identify their interest and provide a capability statement for supplying the required items. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912NW-20-R-0008 and is attached to this announcement.� Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Circulars Defense Acquisition are included in the attached solicitation.� The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and has a size standard of $8.0M.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Questions may be e-mailed to terry.b.clark4.civ@mail.mil or dawyn.m.martinez.civ@mail.mil by 22 November 2019.
