- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912PQ-20-Q-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910 with a small business size standard of $22.00M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation cloasing date�is FEB 14, 2020 at 10:00 EST.��FOB Destination shall be Fort Drum, NY 136001 The USPFO-NY�requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following: LI 0001: Conduct agricultural cleaning of 220 pieces of equipment with Virkon Aquatic Solution 1% disinfectant, at Fort Drum. Contractor shall spray all surfaces of each piece equipment with the prescribed solution and allow 10 minutes in contact with Virkon Aquatic 1% Solution. contractor shall collect all chemical residue and waste water. The contractor shall dispose of the waste water and residue in accordance with U.S. Federal/ NY State/ local laws. The contractor shall provide all necessary Virkon, equipment, fuel, protective gear for their employees, and personnel to complete the required task with in the allotted period of performance and in accorance with the Performance Work Statement (Attached). Period of performance: 24-28 MARCH 2020. The contractor shall be ready to perform on the first day of the POP, and remove the equipment with in 48 hours after contract completion. Place of performance: Building�855 and the O'Brien Readiness Center, Fort Drum, NY 13601. � The service contract act applies to this acquisition the Wage Determination No. is NY 2015-5775. The solicitation�and any amendment thereto to will be posted to Beta.SAM.gov.� Any questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted to the Contracting Officer at mark.r.walsh.civ@mail.mil. Active System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to be considered for contract award.� The basis of award is the lowest price offer that fully complies with the Governments requirement.
