- SORT Toughman Obstacle -1 AT FMC Fort Worth The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP)� issuance of solicitation 15B50920Q0000003 for the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract entitled SORT Toughman Obstacle -1 AT FMC Fort Worth FMC Fort Worth is a federal correctional facility located at 3150 Horton Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76119.� The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work.� The purpose of the project is to replace approximately a toughman obstacle course.� See the Specification attachment included with the solicitation posting) for the complete requirements of the work.
