THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO PITCHBOOK DATA, INC. FOR SOFTWARE LICENSE SUBSCRIPTIONS The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) �Soliciting from a single source.� WHS/AD intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Pitchbook Data, Inc., 901 Fifth Ave, Suite 1200, Seattle, Washington, 98101-2017, DUNS: 004288870, CAGE Code: 77SN9. The contract is necessary to provide software license subscriptions, which deliver data, research and technology covering the private capital markets, including venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. �The anticipated period of performance will be for one 12-month base period. � The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. Small Business Size Standard of $35,000,000.00 annual sales. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
