Description: The requirement is for Rod Assembly, Operating.� The NSN is 1005-01-413-6992.� This NSN has an estimated annual demand unit of issue of 523 each item.� � This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� Based on market survey these NSNs are not commercial items.� The proposed procurement contains a 5-year base period.� The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years.� Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS NSN. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation.� The solicitation shall be available in FEDBizOpps on or about 02/28/2020. �� One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
