7 Feb 20 - Amendment 3 - Summary of Changes 1. Update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section C. PREPERFORMANCE CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT INFORMATION. A second site visit has been added for 10 February 2020 at 0800, to inspect RAF Lakenheath. 3 Feb 20 - Amendment 2 - Summary of Changes 1. Add clause at DFARS 252.229-7010, Relief from Customs Duty on Fuel (United Kingdom). 2. Correct date for submission of questions in ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 - INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section B. FORMAL COMMUNICATIONS. Deadline for submission of questions after the site visit is changed from 1 February 2020 at 2:00 PM GMT to 7 February 2020 at 2:00 PM GMT. 24 Jan 20 - Amendment 1 - Summary of Changes 1.� Update estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013. 2.��Update CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to Not Separately Priced (NSP).� The US Government does not have any equipment that will require maintenance during performance of the contract. 3.� Update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 - EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section �BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD�. 4.� Incorporate Attachment 2 � Rev. 1 Price Schedule capturing changes in required CLINs for RAFs Fairford and Welford, updates to estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013, and change CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to NSP. Initial Solicitation Post This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04, effective 15 January 2019.
