Combined solicitation/synopsis NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR: This is a COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation has been prepared with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, utilizing procedures under FAR part 13.
