- Billboard Advertising Highway 89, Bitter Springs, Arizona Highway 160, Kayenta, Arizona Sources Sought Notice This RFI (Request for Information) is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. This RFI shall not be considered as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the contractor submission of this RFI or the Governments use of such information. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any contractor�s input resulting from this RFI. No contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement. Data submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned. Principal Component The USBR, Upper Colorado Region, Glen Canyon Field Division is seeking potential vendors who provide billboard design and advertising in the locations of Highway 89, Bitter Springs, Arizona and Highway 160, West of Kayenta, AZ. The goal is to reach boaters before they arrive at Lake Powell, or more specifically Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas. BACKGROUND The Quagga mussels have infiltrated many of the lakes and water systems within the United States, including Lake Powell. To raise awareness about and combat the spread of quagga mussels, Reclamation plans to advertise the �Clean, Drain, and Dry� public awareness campaign with Billboard Advertising. Reclamation is seeking information on billboards available to rent on these two highways that are utilized to travel to Wahweap and Antelope Marinas. Contractor personnel shall be responsible for producing the vinyl banners and installing them onto the billboards. The NAICS Code is: 541850 - Outdoor Advertising, Size $16.5 million The PSC: 9905 - Signs, Advertising Displays, and Identification Plates Instructions for RFI Submission: Email responses to this request for information are preferred.
