Description

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center- Hanscom AFB- Small Business Event The AFLCMC- Hanscom Small Business Office, Hanscom Air Force Base is hosting a Small Business Panel at the Marriot Newton Hotel in Newton MA (2345 Commonwealth Ave) on March 9, 2020.� The Event will start at 10 a.m-EST in the Charles River Room with a two hour panel focused on what assistance, support, and tools are available to small businesses who are interested in United States Air Force acquisitions The SB Panel will be comprised of small business representatives from several government agencies�Hanscom Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks and Digital Directorates; the Small Business Administration; Procurement Technical Assistance Center; General Service Administration, and AFLCMC Hanscom Small Business Office. Unlike in past panels where the focus was on individual program acquisition this year�s panel will provide information and answer question on what services and tools a Procurement Technical Assistance Center can provide; Small Business Administration support/assistance programs available to small businesses, including the 8(a) Business Development Program; General Services Administration contract vehicles available to small businesses; and the Small Business Innovative Research procedures and processes The Agenda will be consist of introductions, a short opening statement from each panelist followed by a period of questions/answers. Due to limited seating, companies wishing to attend should limit attendance to no more than three representatives per company.� Registration is not required and no fee is charged for the event.� Hotel will validate parking tickets. However, seating will be on a first come, first serve basis.
