Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-17-G-0006 with Cobham Mission Systems, in Davenport, IA for the Production and Initial Support of the GGU-25/A Oxygen Concentrator. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� As the sole designer and developer of the GGU-25/A, only Cobham Mission Systems possesses the peculiar engineering capability, resources, expertise, intricate knowledge, and data necessary to satisfy the Government�s minimum requirements.� Expressions of interest in subcontracting should contact Deanna Matthews at Cobham Mission Systems Sector, Deanna.matthews@cobham.com.� Any responses to this synopsis must be via e-mail to the Contract Specialist at tyesha.parker@navy.mil or the Contracting Officer at Jamie.Billig@navy.mil.
