Description

DATE REQUIRED 05MAR2020 � PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC STRATTON at Base Alameda. The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to ALLIED SYSTEMS COMPANY for the services/modifications listed below: Modification List to the Allied Marine Davit model DDP11000CTS: Change to individual CT winch functionality. Includes addition of solid state valve drivers. Install prototype camera system in machinery space� One time Systems interface engineering One time Allied engineering This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC STRATTON at Base Alameda. Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, Feb 20th, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: ALLIED SYSTEMS COMPANY Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to ALLIED SYSTEMS COMPANY.
