- Sources Sought Notice NSN: 2520-01-361-0596 Item Name: Plate, Intermediate, Friction Clutch NSN: 3010-01-460-9681 Item Name: Electronic Control Unit, Transmission Destination Information: Various DLA Stocking Locations This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FOB will be at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. The proposed procurement will be a Long Term Contract (LTC), and will be for a total of five (5) years, consisting of three (3) Base Years and two (2) Option Years. The Option Years may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Depending upon the results of market research, the Government anticipates using the policies contained in FAR Subpart 13.5 � Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items - in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. This is expected to be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition, utilizing other than full & open competition. The solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp/default.aspx on or about its estimated issue date of March 2, 2020. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available.
