Description
No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHA, HENRY JOSEPH LAMOTHE, Contract Specialist, via email henry.lamothe@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX0T2091AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10each up to 70 each maximum of a SLING,LIFTING,ENGINE, NSN: 4920-01-108-3484, Part Number: 21C081G02 applicable to the BN UH-60 BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 1 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 10 each, 2nd Year, 15 each, 3rd Year, 15 each, 4th Year, 15 Each, 5th Year, 15 Each. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Due to current beta.SAM.gov software constraints, technical data packages cannot be attached to this notice. Interested parties must submit a request for technical data packages via email to: DLA-AVN-AHAA, Joseph Lamothe, Contract Specialist, E-Mail: henry.lamothe@dla.mil Ensure the PRON number is entered in the subject line of the email. Once requests are received, the technical data packages will be sent via the DoD SAFE site (https://safe.apps.mil/). Interested parties have seven (7) calendar days to retrieve and download the TDP from the DoD SAFE site before the link expires. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
