- Description
- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional, Administrative, Computational, and Engineering Services contract (PACE V). This acquisition is a follow-on to the PACE IV (NNC14BA04B) contract. The goal of this contract is to continue to provide the highest quality information technology solutions to customers of the NASA Glenn Research Center, anticipating and responding to changes in the Center�s requirements for IT across institutional, programmatic, research, engineering, and facilities while ensuring continued alignment with the Agency�s missions. PACE V bridges the gap between Enterprise Services and GRC requirements to ensure the Center�s programs, facilities, core competencies, and mission support organizations have access to advanced and responsive IT solutions and services. A Request for Information (RFI) to this request was released under 80GRC019R0022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $30 million. The RFP will be processed utilizing a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting contract will be for a sixty (60) day phase-in, a twenty-two (22) month base period, one twenty-four (24) month option period, and one twelve (12) month option period. A complete Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available by downloading the documents at https://beta.sam.gov/ on or around March 13, 2020.� Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at https://beta.sam.gov/ this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations and/or amendments. It is the Offerors responsibility to monitor https://beta.sam.gov/ for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. Prior to release of the solicitation a complete Draft Request for Proposals (DRFP) package will be available by downloading at https://beta.sam.gov/ on or around February 7, 2020.� An Industry Day is scheduled for February 25, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Attendance at the Industry Day is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission. Interested Offerors that desire to attend the PACE V Industry Day are requested to register via http://bit.ly/PV-REG or email James R. Griffin at james.r.griffin@nasa.gov in order to attend. Use the subject line: �PACE V Industry Day Attendees� in the email. Please identify any special requirements that an attendee might have � such as the need for wheelchair access or a signer for the deaf. On Industry Day, February 25, 2020, Offerors should plan to arrive early to obtain visitor badging at NASA Security. All attendees MUST provide a valid photo ID (Driver�s License, Passport or State Identification Card). There is a limit of two (2) persons per Offeror, including on-site contractors.� Sign-in will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the Mission Integration Center (Building 162) Auditorium.� Parking instructions and directions will be given upon arrival. Signs will also be posted. Twenty-Five (25) minute one-on-one meetings will be made available to interested Offerors after Industry Day to discuss any questions or clarifications on the DRFP. Video recording of the Industry Day presentations is not permitted.
