Description

Pursuant to (FAR) 13.501(a), The National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Office of the Director (OD) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with United Services Automobile Association (USAA) for building renovations, alterations, and other services that are to be performed by the building owner, USAA, or their agents for the NSF occupied facility located at 2415 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22314. The planned purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source; there is only one lessor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of proposals. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. The anticipated period of performance is February 5, 2020 � February 28, 2020.
