Description
This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on FBO web page. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the FBO page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested please read this notice entirely and submit the required information, as requested herein. VA is seeking qualified vendors who have interest and capability to provide online, real-time telematics monitoring solutions for GPS units, called Verizon Network Fleet, currently installed in a fleet of GSA vehicles managed by the VA. A qualified vendor must have the ability to provide customized fleet reports through a web based access in real time. The web based access should be able to provide vehicle diagnostics of all mechanical and electrical functions. System must email alerts to fleet management coordinator as malfunctions occur or when maintenance is required. Vendors website must be capable of providing continuous GPS location of all fleet vehicles. A qualified vendor must also be able to provide accurate speed and odometer information for each tracked vehicle. Qualified vendor system must be able to provide analytic data and information that relay idle times, fleet utilization, and driver behavior in real time. Web based access with compatibility for the life of the units to include all software updates. Additional qualifications include recent experience (within past 3 years) of performing services of a comparable size, scope and complexity, as well as current and valid registration in SAM.gov.
