- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of elevator inspection, maintenance, repair, and load testing services at Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT and Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide an indefinite quantity of elevator services for two (2) elevators at different locations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute elevator inspections, maintenance, repair and load testing for each BPA Call under this agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be�36 months from the date of award.� The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD UP TO THREE (3) BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about February 18, 2020.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
