Description

This notice is a sources sought notice for a requirement at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This notice is being issue to determine interested vendors and to help establish an appropriate set aside if applicable. Please note that this is NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) and submission of your company's interest may not result in your company being considered for a set-aside or bidders list for the RFQ. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. Vendors that are able to provide this material need to provide the following in an email to Rachel.mccluskey@navy.mil. 1. Vendor's name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. 2. Vendor's cage code (SAM) 3. Vendor's Size Status (SB, SDVOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WOSB, etc.) 4. Cable and plug assembly (furnished with component end connector); 1155634-114 C/A with 150 feet; LSTTRS-4 cable and 1381071-101 plug; DWG 1155634 REV K. Locate cable tail at 270 DEG point IAW detail 395-A of VAPY-0051-15. 8. Cable Assembly, Teledyne P/N 1380068-102. End flange bolted receptacle assembly, P/N 1380068-102 (Circuit D); Manufacture per Teledyne DWG 1380068 Rev E. Assembly includes items 1-9 of DWG 1380068 Rev E. To the best of the Government's knowledge, this requirement is sole sourced to Teledyne D.G. Obrien, as the drawings (1155634 and 1380068) are proprietary to their company.
