U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.abell1@navy.mil� no later than 11:59 A.M EST February 5, 2020.� Items must be brand new.� Quote all items or none. Solicitation N00421-20-Q-0097 is issued as a brand name procurement.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) Bundle for the Joint Precision Approach Landing System (JPALS), under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.� The Government�s minimum requirement is to procure Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) Bundle for the Joint Precision Approach Landing System (JPALS). Qty 1, Eggplant Digital Automation Intelligence (DAI) - Enterprise (Single Year) Bundle for one year Qty 1, Additional Engineer to develop both EPAI and EPF Scripts for one year Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. See Attached RFQ MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED EGGPLANT DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER. � Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.� Please complete certification and provide with your offer � This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
