- ����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� Request for Quote (RFQ) for Paint Template in support of Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, Rock Island (JMTC-RI). Army Contracting Command � Rock Island hereby issues RFQ (W9098S-20-Q-001925) for procurement of Paint Templates in support of JMTC-RI. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.�� This RFQ is for the following commercial item(s): 0001 ITEM: Paint Template UNIT OF MEASURE: EACH QUANTITY: 2 Description of Requirement: 0001: Paint template, to protect paint from paint, in accordance with drawing number 12588040, included herein as Attachment 0002. Delivery Date: 30 day ARO. Inspection: Destination. Acceptance: Destination. FOB: Destination to Rock Island, Illinois, 61299 earlier delivery allowed and highly encouraged at no additional cost to the Government. Communication must be established with JMTC?RI prior to making delivery. The destination for all deliverables is: Transportation Officer, W52H1C Bldg 299 Beck and Gilespie East End, Recg Door 16A Rock Island Arsenal, 61299-8000 DoDAAC: W52H1B Local Code: W52H58 It is anticipated a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order will be awarded as a result of this RFQ to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest total price for all items. Contractor responsibility will be determined as outlined in FAR 9.104-1. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. ����� 100% Small Business Set Aside ����� North American Industry Classification System: 339999 ������Product Service Code: 3610 Interested parties shall quote all items, failure to quote all items may render the quote unawardable. DRAWINGS: �All drawings and documents must be handled in accordance with the markings and restrictions contained on each document.� In addition, the Offeror must notify any and all subcontractors and/or affiliates provided this information for purposes of proposal development and/or submission to do the same. � INVOICING: Invoicing will be in accordance with: 252.232-7006 Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions (DEC 2018) and 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-System for Award Management (OCT 2018). Further details will be provided upon award. �QUESTIONS: All questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Josephine Hennings and Ms. Kait Rasdon at the email addresses shown above.
