Description

The Army Contracting Command � Redstone (ACC-RSA) will host a Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT) Session on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 on the University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH) Campus in the UAH Conference Training Center/Exhibit Hall, 1410 Ben Graves Drive, Huntsville, Alabama� 35899.� The purpose of the PALT session is to improve communication between Industry Partners and ACC-RSA and our Requiring Activities.� �ACC-RSA Industry Partners and those interested in competitive procurement opportunities are encouraged to attend.� On Site Registration will begin at 8:00 am, Central Standard Time (CST) and the presentation will begin promptly at 9:00 am.� Parking for the PALT event has been modified.� The areas identified in the original announcement are no longer ""free"" parking areas.� They are by ""permit only"" and you park there at your own risk.� The new designated parking area is the Executive Plaza parking area (highlighted on the attached map dated 21 Jan 20), which is across the street (Sparkman Dr) from the Ben Graves Dr entrance to UAH.� Bus transportation will be provided to/from the event location from this parking area.�� More details on the transportation schedule will be provided as we get closer to the event. BUS SCHEDULE INFORMATION The bus schedule for the ACC-RSA PALT Session on 5 Feb 20 is as follows: From the Executive Plaza Parking Area to the designated drop off point at the Conference Training Center, starting at 7:45 a.m. and continuing every 15 minutes until 9:00 a.m.� From the designated drop off point at the Conference Training Center back to the Executive Plaza Parking Area, starting at 10:15 a.m. and continuing every 15 minutes until 11:15 a.m. As a reminder, the Executive Plaza is the only designated parking area for this event.� The parking lots around the Conference Training Center are for Permit Parking Only.� If you do not have a UAH Parking Permit, you can be ticketed and the cost of the ticket may be as much as $150.00, so you are parking there at your own risk.
