Description

This announcement is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to FEDBIZ IT Solutions, Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(5) as implemented by Federal Acquisition (FAR) 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute as a HubZone Direct Award. The applicable NAICS code�811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $22M. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Eustis (MICC) intends to issue a single source contract for the to provision of�preventative maintenance and emergency services to the Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) and peripheral equipment for HQ TRADOC in buildings 950, 661, and 601 on Fort Eustis, VA 23604. This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive quotes. However, MICC will consider any capability statements received by 1:00 PM EDT on Friday, 7 FEB 2020. Capability statements would normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any respondent companies must be HUBZone small businesses.
