RLP #: 8KS2117 � U.S. GOVERNMENT � General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: � State: Kansas City: Overland Park Delineated Area: North: I-435 East:� State Line Rd South: E Santa Fe St / W 135th Street West: I-35 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 133,184 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 133,184 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: 5 Additional Requirements: 1.�� �Space must be contiguous and if located on two floors, the space must be directly above/below each other.� If 2nd floor or higher space is offered, it shall have a minimum of 2 public use elevators one of which can also act as a freight elevator.� At least 32,500 ABOA SF of space must be located on the first floor.� � 2.��� There shall be two entrances to the Government occupied space on the first floor. One entrance for employees and one entrance for visitors. � 3.��� Level III Security may be required. � 4.��� The government will have armed guards at the public entry points along with magnetometers and X-ray machines. � � Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. � Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.� Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable. Consideration of �non-productive agency downtime� in a CBA should be rare. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Overland Park, Kansas that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. � Action: For FBO postings, delete �offers due;� for procurement summary, keep �offers due� and delete �(estimated)� from dates.
