- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Idaho City: Boise Delineated Area: Boise CBD Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):19,155 �Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,568 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 36 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 35 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 36 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirements: ��������� Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building.� ������������� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. ������������� The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. ��������� Offered space must allow for occupants to carry firearms openly and concealed ���� Offered space must provide sally port access for escorted potential criminal detainees ����� Offered space must provide holding cells for agency detainees Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.action required: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Boise, ID, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
