Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: North: Divisadero Street South: Highway 41 East: R Street West: Highway 99 / E. Stanislaus / H Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,827 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,269 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 104 structured parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building.� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.� NOTE:�� ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF INITIAL OFFER SUBMISSION.� ENTITIES NOT CURRENTLY REGISTERED IN SAM ARE ADVISED TO START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN ORDER TO MEET RLP OFFER DEADLINE.
