Description

DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is seeking sources capable of supplying the following item:� NSN:� TBD MICROWAVE SPECTRUM ANALYZER IAW PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4338 (ATTACHED) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The government�s intent is to issue a firm fixed price long term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a period of 3 base years and 2 one year option periods.� All interested parties will be required to submit a technical proposal demonstrating how your item meets each part of the specification (PURCHASE DESCRIPTION SCAT: 4338, attached) and those that are approved by Naval Research Laboratories will then be required to submit bid samples for testing to NRL as well.� Pricing will then be requested from each source that receives approval of their technical proposals and bid samples. Sources�capable of and interested in supplying this item should complete the attached market survey form.� If you have trouble downloading the attachment, contact the buyer at Amy.Puchalsky@dla.mil to request a copy via email.� Completed forms are to be returned to the buyer via email by 2:00 PM EST on�12 FEB 2020.
