U.S. Government���Farm Production and Conservation United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�Ohio County:�Belmont County City:�Barnesville Delineated Area:�City Limits of Barnesville, OH Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�2,019 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�2,019 Rentable Square Feet (RSF):�3,565 Space Type:�Office Parking Spaces (Total):�2 Parking Spaces (Surface):�2 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�2 Full Term:�Up to 20 years Firm Term:�3 years (36 months) Termination Rights:�120 Option Term:�None Additional Requirements: An offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to respond to a request for lease proposal (RLP). Sam registration is not required prior to responding to this advertisement; but is required at the time of initial offer submission which will be established at issuance of the RLP. Offerors without an active SAM registration at the time of initial offer submission established by the RLP cannot be considered for the procurement.� It is recommended that potential offerors register or verify their current registration is active at www.SAM.gov. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due:�February 24, 2020 Market Survey (Estimated):�TBD Offers Due:�TBD Occupancy (Estimated):�TBD Expression of Interest Submission Requirements: All interested parties must submit the following information and description pertaining to the building you propose for consideration. Name of Owner; Building name/address and location of available space within the building; Age of building; Building site/lot plans; One-eighth inch Scaled drawings�interior layout/drawings/pictures (with dimensions shown) reflecting the space being offered; A map demonstrating that the building is within the delineated area; Any information related to title issues, easements, and restrictions on the use of the building; New Construction - Site/Aerial plans or building site/lot plans showing the location of the proposal land along with the parcel (if part of multiple parcels, all parcel numbers associated with the proposed land). Zoning compliance. Adjacent streets showing proposed ingress/egress shall be shown on the plan; Rentable square feet (RSF) to be offered, expected rental rate per sf, fully serviced; ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ANSI/BOMA) to be offered, expected rental rate per sf, fully serviced. State whether tenant improvements estimates are included in the rental rate quoted; List of building services provided; Delivery timeframe (date of space availability); Evidence of building ownership; Name, address, telephone number, email address of authorized contact; Written acknowledgement in cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities; Permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission; Amount of parking available onsite; Two reserved parking spaces for official Government vehicles. Cost associated with reserved parking spaces must be included in the offered rental rate. Parking lot must accommodate oversized vehicles and pull-thru trailers. Parking lot must comply with local codes; Energy efficient and renewable energy features existing within the building.
