- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT FROM A SINGLE SOURCE VA VISN 2 s intends to solicit from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for Case Management Society of America, Inc. s (CMSA) (a non-profit organization) Integrated Case Management Training (ICM). All responsible sources who believe they can furnish the service described in this notice may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by emailing Joseph.Cellino@va.gov with details regarding your firm s capability no later than 4:00 PM EST on January 31, 2020. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: A base year from approximately March 01, 2020 to February 28, 2021 with two subsequent 1-year option periods. IDENTIFIED SOURCE: CASE MANAGEMENT SOCIETY OF AMERICA, INC. (non-profit organization) DUNS: 837649326 6301 RANCH DRIVE LITTLE ROCK AR 72223 DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: VISN 2 requires CMSA s ICM training which includes online preparatory coursework and 2 days of Face-to-Face delivery on-site at VA Medical Centers within VISN 2. The course is focused around CMSA s text Integrated Case Management Manual: A Manual for Case Managers by Case Managers. CMSA is accredited to issue Registered Nurses who complete the training with 30 Continuing Education Units (CEU). Continued use will ensure the quality of the VISN 2 Case Management Program is maintained. Training shall include use of the ICM-CAG(Complexity Assessment Grid). CMSA s software-supported ICM-CAG assessments allow development of a prioritized care plan that addresses cross-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical barriers to improvement both longitudinally and across treatment venues in collaboration with patients and their clinicians. VISN 2 requires CMSA memberships for Registered Nurses enrolled in this training which includes free National Conference Registrations and full access to CMSA s Educational Resource Library. Additionally, the contractor shall provide: All course materials to include but not limited to workbooks, supplemental textbooks and reference materials, access to online coursework and videos for classroom sessions. Technical Support. Offer a help desk, available by telephone from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, for trouble-shooting and technical support services for videos and the on-line learning components of program. Coach Support for assistance in any program-related items (including and beyond technical issues). Vendor will contact coaches periodically regarding program performance and outcomes.
