VA will consider lease space located in existing buildings only. Anticipated occupancy date is 06/01/2020. Lease Term: 5 years Delineated Area: North: Delta Ave to S. 9th St to Railway Ave to Delta Ave. - East: Michigan Ave to S. 4th St. to Elm St. - South: Minneapolis Ave to Lake Shore Dr. to S. Hill Rd. - West: Highway 41 to Delta Ave. Additional Requirements: Offered space must be on one floor and contiguous. Must meet all ADA requirements. Bifurcated sites, inclusive of parking, are not permissible. Offered space must be zoned for VA s intended use. Space will not be considered where apartment space or other living quarters are located within the same building. Structured parking under the space is not permissible. Offered space must meet Federal and Local Government requirements for fire safety, physical security, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the solicitation for offers or request for proposals.
